A licensed U.S. provider from OSI Medical Services (authorized in all 50 states) reviews your intake and calls you to determine whether treatment is appropriate. Not all visits result in a prescription.

4. Compounded & Delivered
If approved, your prescription is compounded by Pharmacy Hub LLC, a U.S. compounding pharmacy licensed in all 50 states, and shipped free and discreet within a few business days.
WHAT YOUR PURCHASE COVERS
1776 Health will assist in setting up a visit with a licensed U.S. provider through OSI Medical Services (authorized in all 50 states) who will evaluate whether you are an appropriate candidate and, if appropriate, may write a prescription your partner pharmacy can fill.
Your purchase covers the telehealth consultation service offered through 1776 Health. The medications are prescription medications — a licensed, independent U.S. provider will determine whether they're appropriate based on your medical history, and if approved, they're dispensed by Pharmacy Hub LLC, a U.S. compounding pharmacy licensed in all 50 states. 1776 Health does not sell or ship prescription medication. Not all visits result in a prescription. Use only as directed.
The price includes a required medical evaluation by a licensed, independent U.S. provider. Payment does not guarantee approval or a prescription. Medications are dispensed only if prescribed after clinical review. If a provider does not approve treatment, you are refunded for the medication.
