Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. This policy describes how 1776 Health handles consumer health data, in addition to our general Privacy Policy and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

What We Consider Consumer Health Data

Consumer health data includes information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status, including the medical intake information you provide, the medications you purchase, and related communications.

How We Collect It

We collect consumer health data directly from you when you complete a medical intake, place an order, or contact us, and from the providers and pharmacy involved in your care.

How We Use And Share It

We use consumer health data to provide the consultation service, fulfill and manage your orders, and connect you with your provider and pharmacy. We share it only with those parties and with service providers who support our operations, and as required by law. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
