GETTING STARTED

How does 1776 Health work?

You choose your treatment and check out. After checkout, you complete a brief, HIPAA-secure medical intake form. A licensed, independent U.S. provider reviews it and calls you to determine if treatment is appropriate. If approved, your medication is compounded by a 50-state licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped free and discreet. Not all visits result in a prescription.

Do I need a prescription already?

No. You don't need an existing prescription. The provider consultation is how you get one — if the provider determines the medication is appropriate for you.

Why do you need my medical information?

A licensed provider has to review your medical history to prescribe safely and legally. Your intake tells them about allergies, medications, and conditions that affect whether a treatment is right for you. It's stored securely and handled under HIPAA.

How does the subscription and savings work?

You can choose "Try It Once" for a single fill or "Sign Up & Save" for a subscription that saves on every shipment and locks in today's price. For subscriptions, your provider checks in every 6 months. Cancel anytime before your next ship date — no fees, no questions.

YOUR PROVIDER CONSULTATION

Is the consultation included in the price?

Yes. One price includes your provider consultation, your compounded medication, and free discreet shipping. There is no separate consult fee and no hidden charges.

What if the provider doesn't approve me?

Payment does not guarantee a prescription. If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines treatment isn't appropriate, you are refunded for the medication. Not all visits result in a prescription.

Who are the providers?

Licensed, independent U.S. medical providers — real prescribers who review your history and speak with you by phone — provide care through OSI Medical Services, whose providers are authorized in all 50 states. 1776 Health provides the technology platform that connects you with them; using this site does not create a provider-patient relationship with 1776 Health itself.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How fast will it arrive?

After a provider approves treatment, your prescription is compounded and shipped within a few business days. Delivery typically arrives within 5–9 business days total.

Is shipping free and discreet?

Yes. Free U.S. shipping in plain, discreet packaging on every order.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States only. You must be a U.S. resident and 18 or older to order.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Call 1-877-791-1767 (Mon–Fri 9 a.m.–4 p.m. CST) or send a message through our Contact page and we'll make it right. Note that prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed (federal regulation).

ABOUT THE MEDICATIONS

What is a compounding pharmacy?

A compounding pharmacy prepares a medication specifically for you against a prescription, rather than dispensing a mass-produced, off-the-shelf product. It's a legal, regulated pharmacy practice. Both 1776 Health treatments are compounded by Pharmacy Hub LLC, a U.S. compounding pharmacy licensed in all 50 states — personalized and prescribed specifically for you.

Is this FDA-approved?

The active ingredients — Ivermectin, Mebendazole, Tadalafil, and Sildenafil — are individually FDA-approved. The compounded combination products are not FDA-approved as single products, and compounded medications do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing. Compounded products are not the same as, nor generic versions of, any FDA-approved medication.

Is your Ivermectin human-grade?

Yes — human-grade, USP-quality active pharmaceutical ingredients, compounded by Pharmacy Hub LLC, a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

How do I take it / what is the 21-on / 21-off protocol?

The Ivermectin + Mebendazole capsule follows a 21-days-on, 21-days-off cycle; the 90-day supply covers 2 cycles and the 180-day supply covers 4. The Tadalafil & Sildenafil troche is taken sublingually, one 30–60 minutes before activity, no more than once in 24 hours. Your prescribing physician sets your exact dose. See our Learn guides for the full detail.

PRIVACY & HIPAA

Is my data protected?

Yes. 1776 Health is HIPAA compliant and your medical information is handled securely. See our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for your full rights.

Who sees my intake?

Your intake is reviewed by the licensed provider evaluating your care and the pharmacy dispensing your prescription. It is not sold, and it is not shared except as needed to provide your care and as described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.

How is my information stored?

Securely, under HIPAA safeguards, and retained as required by law. You can request access to your records or reach our Privacy Officer by calling 1-877-791-1767.
